Angelique Martinez
Born in Bronx, New York and raised in Orlando, Florida, Angelique is an established dancer, actress, and model.
Fans will recognize her work in movies, local and national commercials (Party City, Gain's Devious Maids, Tony Roma's, Publix, and The Stenotype Institute, to name a few), and on stage and industrial shows. She grew up performing and competing in dance competitions, and trained at Columbus Dance Center, Dance Place Orlando, and Southern Ballet Theater (now known as Orlando Ballet). She has also trained in Los Angeles at the Edge Studio.
As a dancer and actress, some of her career highlights include credits in the feature films "Rock of Ages" and "To Write Love on Her Arms."
Angelique has performed at all three theme parks in Orlando — DisneyWorld, Universal Orlando Resort, and SeaWorld. With the Walt Disney Company, she has performed in "Beauty and the Beast - Live on Stage" and in multiple special events including "Harambe Nights" ("Lion King: Concert in the Wild"), "The Jungle Book," "Alive with Magic," "Club Villain," "Disney Parks Presents: A Descendants Magical Holiday Celebration," and many others.
Angelique has also danced on "The Ellen DeGeneres Show," NBC's "TODAY," Food Network, TNA Wrestling, and Fox's "So You Think You Can Dance."
In addition to "The Monsters," you can catch her weekly on Real Radio 104.1 for "Angelique's Corner" 10PM to Midnight.
Her talents as a commercial performer includes work with Hardrive Productions, John Best Productions, Odd-O-T’s Entertainment, Steve Trudell Entertainment, BARK BARK Productions, Univision, Mt. Vernon Productions, and others. She has also worked with such top artists as Deborah Cox, Jessica Sutta, Luis Fonsi, and choreographers Joey Pizzi, Christopher Gattelli, Mia Michaels, Pamela Bolling, Amanda Plesa, Warren Adams, Robbie Mackey, Cindy Wilson, and Chris Judd.
When she's not on the air, Angelique enjoys running, swimming, the beach, DIY projects, and relaxing with her friends and family.
